Responsibilities:

The Facility Staff Security Officers are members of the team whose responsibilities include all safety aspects of MANNINGTON relating to structure, property and its employees.Verifying authorization to enter Mannington via credential checksPerforming thorough security screening of employees, contractors, vendors and guestsMaintain working knowledge of security policies and proceduresMaintain security post duty logs, events of the day and incident report process in a thorough and timely mannerRespond to and report all issues or concerns pertaining to security/safety immediately to security shift supervisors, security management and other departments as neededExemplify quality customer service and professionalismAll other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or proof of successful completion of equivalency examMinimum of 2-3 years of progressive security experience with an established entityHighly effective communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)An understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures and an ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgroundsAbility to work shift hours, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work UP TO 40 shifts per weekThe candidate must pass a criminal background checkAbility to demonstrate incident report writing skills
