WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for supervising the Facility Coordinator Team. Supervises team through day-to-day essential duties and provide assignments when needed. Oversee Service Channel and the workflow of tickets. Provides continuing support for Field and Home Office.

 

Supervise the facility coordinators. Oversee their workflow, team agendas, and personal related actions.Supervise the flow of Open Tickets and work hands-on in Service Channel.Supervise the flow of Purchase Orders and work hands on through the process. Track and report status updates to the Director Facility Services.Develop and update G&A budget for the fiscal year and quarterly reviews. updates. Work with the department head and Finance on adjustments to budget.Monthly over-site on travel and actual expenses to budget for the facilities group.Responsible for facility workspaces, special assignments, and working environment such as celebrations, monthly birthday calendar, and special occasions.Maintain the Regional Facility Field Service Manager alignment and publish as needed.Manage recurring services including but not limited to landscaping, snow removal, grease trap, used cooking oil as well as provide any input, output, rates, contracts and setup with these services.Additional administrative assignments as requested.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma and 1-3 years administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.Proficient computer skills.Knowledge of standard business correspondence formats.

Environment and Working Conditions:

Normal office working conditions which may include sitting for long periods to time. Home office-based position, Mon-Wed in office, Thurs-Fri, remote or in office as needed.
