Job Description

As a Facility Site Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for workplace support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience while maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-desk support, including greeting visitors, managing security badging, and coordinating meetings.

Maintain office aesthetics and stock office supplies.

Oversee mail services, including receiving, delivering, and shipping.

Manage internal service requests, general office repairs, and workspace allocations.

Support new hire onboarding, safety programs, and office events.

Assist with vendor management for office-related services (snacks, janitorial, first aid, etc.).

Act as a liaison between Workplace Services and departments such as HR, IT, and Facilities.

Schedule and track work orders through Cushman & Wakefield’s CMMS system.

What We’re Looking For:

1 year of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, customer service, or hospitality.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
