ASRC Federal Netcentric Technologies, LLC is seeking Facility Space Management Technician to support the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining the installation Facility Space Optimization Plan (FSOP) and other facility space studies used as the basis for facility space optimization and investment decisions.  Conduct space accountability and planning processes including but not limited to: space utilization requests, customer authorizations, facility turn-ins, and updating the Space Use Data Set (SUDS).  Perform assessments of space allocation requests including tenant occupancy utilization through visual inspection in conjunction with reviewing key supporting documents. Validate and integrate any data obtained from government or any government contract including, but not limited to, the data provided by AFCEC or other contractor through the Enterprise Utilization Rate Initiative (EURI). Other related duties as assigned.
