CMI has been in business for over 30 years and is well established in the federal contracting arena. www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company! **Job Description** **Job Summary** The Supervisor shall provide supervision of CMI on-site operations and maintenance staff at CMI’s customer site in Fredrick, Maryland. **Key Job Functions** + Ensure that all requirements of the Critical Facility Technician are met + Action all site primary and secondary EOPs, focusing on mastering the first responder role during an emergency. + Responsible for completing drills associated with the primary and secondary EOPs. + Be conversant of the BAS and PCS systems and the impact of any state change + Responsible for navigating the system, interpreting alarms, and perform controlled shutdowns/start-ups/equipment rotations. + Responsible for disabling and enabling fire alarm control panels and systems. **Qualifications** + HS Diploma required, Bachelors preferred + Have recent experience (within the last 3 years) working as a supervisor of employees engaged in operating and maintenance activity in a data center or critical facility of at least 300,000 square feet. + Strong verbal and written communication skills **Additional Information** CMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
