Your expertise in HVAC systems for large buildings, such as hotels, will be highly valued. **Responsibilities:** + Supervise daily maintenance tasks for the hotel. + Oversee maintenance work performed by outside vendors. + Utilize your knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, paint, and more to ensure contractors' work meets our high standards. + Address and resolve any discrepancies in the work performed. + Commute between our Brickell location and another hotel just 10 minutes away using the tri-rail. **Essential Skills:** + Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, specifically in building maintenance within apartment complexes or hotels. + Ability to troubleshoot issues for hotel guests, such as automatic shades or TVs not working properly. + Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and email. + Customer service experience in previous roles. + Proficiency with tablets and other technology. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + EPA universal or HVAC certification (preferred but not required). + Previous experience in maintenance at hotels or apartment complexes, particularly with HVAC and/or boilers. + Bilingual skills (a plus). + Technically savvy. **Why Work Here?** + Be part of a reputable company while Aerotek handles your payroll, benefits, and HR concerns. + Enjoy benefits like eligibility for holiday and PTO (80 hours yearly) and a monthly expense budget. + Work in a digitized environment that values innovation and customer service. **Work Environment:** + This role takes place at two locations: Brickell and another hotel 10 minutes away. + Shifts for Brickell are from 12pm to 8:30pm, and for the other location, shifts are from 10am to 6:30pm or 12pm to 8:30pm. + Both positions have Wednesdays and Thursdays off. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
