Position Summary:
The Facility Workflow Specialist reports to the Central Workflow Team Leader serving as the central point of communication for customers seeking assistance from the Central Workflow and other related services. This position also provides support to the Corporate Director of Engineering and Central Plant Technicians.

Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and schedule work assignments for all properties and facilities served by Central Plant Operations.
+ Process purchase order requisitions and issue purchase orders.
+ Enter service requests in the Computerized Work Order System.
+ Create new user profiles in the Computerized Work Order System.
+ Provide support in the overall management of the Computerized Work Order System with reports and statistics.
+ Work directly with Covenant Health Finance to provide coding and approval of invoices for payment.
+ Track Purchase Card spending through receipt collection and reconcile monthly statements.
+ Order supplies for Central Plant Operations.
+ Track receipt of all materials ordered through Central Operations.
+ Record and track overtime percentage rates for all Covenant Health Engineering Departments
+ Enter new contracts and renewal updates into the Contract Management System.
+ Retrieve historical information and produce reports as requested utilizing the Contract Management System.
+ Record minutes and maintain attendance records for all Engineering Leadership Meetings.
+ Enter utility data into the tracking program and produce reports and graphs to illustrate trends and deviations.
+ Maintain a professional relationship with all customers and staff.
+ Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs and safety standards.
+ Proficient with the Capital Budget and Capital Request Form process.
+ Maintain vehicle fleet records.
+ Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a HS diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
Previous office experience. Experienced and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and general office skills are required with excellent organization and communication skills.
