Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing medium voltage drive orders, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while managing project scope and risks and maintaining documentation. You will collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and the customer throughout the process.The work model for the role is: #LI - HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion System Drives Division in New Berlin, WI.You will be mainly accountable to:•\tManage the execution of medium voltage drive factory orders by coordinating internal and external activities to ensure we deliver on time and remain within budget and scope.•\tEstablish the project execution approach, ensure effective project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities to accomplish all project goals.•\tTrack project performance and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. Perform risk management by identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and responding to potential events that can negatively affect the project goals..•\tEffectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to reach project goals. Provide excellent service to the customer at all stages in the project as the main point of contact.•\tCreate and maintain project documentation. Control documentation accuracy and consistency based on inputs from engineering, production, legal and other parties as needed. Conduct project reviews, and create the required reports and maintain all project data in SAP and other systems as needed. Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently. Prioritize effectively. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
