**HPM Factory Controller**
As an HPM Factory Controller you are responsible for providing support to manufacturing operation for HPM Murrysville, RDC (Delivery Center) and US Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products
**You are responsible for**
+ Driving results as our Finance Business Partner to support operation and business leads by supporting finance transformation initiatives and identifying and tracking savings and growth opportunities.
+ Coordinating and being responsible for ISC HPM North America monthly performance reviews (MPR), rolling forecasts (RoFo) and Annual operating plan (AOP)/SPOR.
+ Working with the manufacturing sites and supply chain teams all around the globe on structurally improving financial KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory, CAPEX, Cost of Non Quality, BOM savings and Integral Warehousing and Distribution costs.
+ Ensure ICS/SOX Compliance and Support Audits at manufacturing sites. Act as the single point of contact between operations, internal controls, and third-party stakeholders.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You've acquired 8+ years of overall experience working in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Accounting in a manufacturing / plant environment with at least 2 direct reports.
+ You have BA degree or relevant degree in finance/economics is required, MBA is highly preferred
+ You are a results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving skills, sound business decision-making skills, able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities strong while maintaining a high inter-personal skills.
+ Advanced understanding of financial systems such as SAP MCP, SAP cubes, EFR and Microsoft Excel
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is from $ 111,000. 00 to $176,000;
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
