Job Description

In this role you will be: 

Ensuring that the sales orders, as confirmed to the sales organization, are delivered by the factory and logistic service providersScreening and checking customer orders and confirming them, so that the orders are manufactured correctly, and the delivery date requested by the customer can be supportedActing as single point of contact within the organization for your counterparts for order fulfillment subjectsCoordinating your order book and communicating in a timely and professional manner with all relevant stakeholdersPreparing order for invoicing in SAP​Attending daily and/or weekly calls with relevant stakeholders like: Logistics, Factory, Planning, Quality and the regional Market Organizations

You have bachelor’s degreeYou have previous experience in a corporate environmentYou are fluent in English languageYou are familiar with SAP and/or equivalent ERP systemsYou are customer service and problem solving oriented person who is also able to cooperate with other team membersYou have at least basic knowledge of Excel

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
