Senior Director - Test Engineering

What You Will Be Doing 

ChargePoint is looking for an outstanding engineer interested in applying creativity and a broad skill- set toward building cutting-edge software for a next-generation hardware test automation framework and backend factory management. You will work independently on the design, implementation, and testing of new systems in a rapidly evolving factory test system.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint  Contribute to software architecture, development of applications, and integration with enterprise systems Collaborate cross-functionally to create infrastructure for administering and monitoring factory automation systems worldwide Support stakeholders, participate in design and code reviews, and mentor other members of the team Leverage a diverse set of engineering skills to work across an entire software stack Requirements  1+ years of professional experience in Software development. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in an Object-Oriented programming language. Experience with Linux-based systems and familiarity with command-line tools and utilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred  Experience building automated test framework or applications for verifying embedded devices. Experience with hardware & communication APIs in Linux systems (eg. udev, serial, can, ethernet) Experience with web technologies such as Nodejs, Typescript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Location 

Taipei or Tainan, Taiwan
