**Responsibilities Job Description**
This position works closely with FHS colleagues and is accountable for communications and branding of FPAN activities to FPAN members and key stakeholders. Facile with the use of applications associated with communications. Development of publication schedules and management of content working closely with FPAN team members to assure accurate and timely communications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to be member facing with establishes and nurtures collaborative relationship along with the ability to address and move forward complex issues.
+ Employs data-driven, evidence-based, and innovative strategies to enhance population health and reduce overall healthcare costs.
+ Identifies and recommends changes that will improve productivity and/or financial performance in FPAN
+ As applicable, partners with data analytics, quality and safety, care coordination, and payer relations to ensure external value-aligned reporting requirements are met.
+ Manages relationships with data analytics, quality, payer relations, and clinical operations to support system performance, including initiatives around population health, clinical variation reduction, programs around clinical risk management, and network performance.
+ Educates clinicians and operational staff on their performance.
+ Management of all FPAN communications
+ Manages and leads large attendee webinars utilizing applications such as gotowebinar, TEAMS, etc.
+ Management of the NRC patient experience tool
+ Program, project and work team leadership
**Required Qualifications**
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, marketing/communications, Nursing or healthcare related field
Experience
+ Demonstrated successful history of work or organized internship in the areas identified above. Process improvement and/or project management experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
Education
+ MBA, MHA or Masters Degree in Related Fields
Experience
+ 3yrs management experience
+ six sigma/ Black Belt certification or LEAN certification

**Compensation Disclaimer**
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
