If you are a student looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! This role is an exciting opportunity to support the HVACR Americas business. Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will support daily and long term project functions of their respective teams. You will assist project engineers with various new product development and existing product support activities, including completing test projects on refrigeration or air conditioning systems and customer support. You will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities in the labs, handling large volumes of data, and conducting technical calculations, as well as implementing new technologies. You will require positive, productive interactions with multiple internal resources of varying disciplines. 

AS A PRODUCT MANAGEMENT CO-OP, YOU WILL: 

Participate in business development projectsAssist with competitive benchmarking and customer researchAssist with product development projects to support teams within sales, marketing, and engineeringWork with product managers to enable sales for downstream marketing

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering Management, or related fieldSophomore or higher class statusAbility to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semesterLegal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing or related fieldCumulative GPA of 2.75 or higherSkilled in MS SuiteProblem-solving abilities and analytical skillsAbility to work independentlyEffective organization and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation- Sidney has multiple locations and will need own transportation for commuting
