The Manager, Case Navigators is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and operational oversight of the United Way Navigators team. The team’s mission is to provide comprehensive support services to individuals and families seeking assistance through United Way funding programs. This role works closely with Program Directors to ensure the seamless implementation and management of funding programs, client services, and community partnerships. The Manager, Case Navigators will also focus on the professional development of the navigator team, quality assurance, and reporting.
