Minimum Qualifications:
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license Ability to read speak and write EnglishOne (1) year of experience in Labor and Delivery within an acute care settingNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (all nurses whose home unit is Maternal/Child) must obtained within six (6) months of hireAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must obtained within six (6) months of hireCompletion of Advanced Fetal Monitoring course every two (2) years (Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring acceptable at hire but must complete the Advanced AWHONN course within one (1) year of new assignment to Labor and Delivery) or maintain the NCC EFM certificationSTABLE certification (for all Labor and NICU nurses) must obtained within one (1) year of hireCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
