**Overview** CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice at 42nd & L Street in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.
