Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications & Abilities: + Requires certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) + At least 1 year of Primary Care experience as a PA or NP required + 2+ years Primary Care experience preferred + Passion for Primary Care required + Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients + Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics + Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications + In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Respect for patient's confidentiality + Compassionate and approachable + Responsible and trustworthy + Attend work regularly and on time About Us High Lakes Health Care (https://highlakeshealthcare.com/) is part of Praxis Health, and, with six clinic locations, High Lakes Health Care is the largest primary care group in Central Oregon.
