Highlights:
4 days / week (Monday - Thursday) Part-time (.8 FTE) 32 hours per week. Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner provides advance practice nursing care to patients, families and the community through assessment, planning, prescribing and evaluation interventions. A Nurse Practitioner is a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team who demonstrates professionalism and leadership within the institution. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans

Requirements:
• New York State licensed and registered Nurse Practitioner
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months of hire)
• National Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Occupational Medicine, Musculoskeletal, or Orthopedic care
