Job Description
+ Participate in Quality Improvement: Conduct on-site visits, review files, and evaluate statistical reports to ensure continuous quality improvement of Child Protective Investigations and Services.
+ Provide Technical Assistance: Offer consultation to management and direct service staff on policies, procedures, and legislation related to Child Protective Investigations.
+ Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to statewide policies, procedures, and guidelines.
+ Data Analysis: Regularly review and analyze Protective Investigation data. Stay updated on FSFN (or ICWIS) reporting systems and navigational tools.
+ Training and Support: Coordinate and/or conduct programmatic and procedural training for Protective Investigations staff. Travel to Circuit Service Centers as needed.
+ Conduct Data Collection & Analysis: Initiate and oversee data collection and analysis activities, conducting special studies to identify problems and best practices within CPS and CPI systems.
+ Collaborate with Ancillary Systems: Analyze data from systems such as SA/MH, school systems, DJJ, and relevant demographic data.
+ Prepare Reports: Organize data into logical formats for reporting and planning documents. Create reports on Region performance, including outcome, output, and process measures.
+ Coordinate Report Dissemination: Develop and share performance reports at the Region, county, and provider levels, incorporating contract performance measures and Secretary's goals.
+ Provide Data Support: Offer analytic support to the Contract Performance Unit and Quality Management Teams.
+ Support Privatization Initiatives: Assist with privatization activities and initiatives for Child Protective Investigations and Services.
+ Organize Meetings and Training: Coordinate quarterly PA Meetings for Protective Investigation and assist with regional training initiatives.
+ Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new or revised statutes, administrative rules, policies, and desk reference materials regarding licensing activities
