**John Deere Fargo: Production Specialist** As a **Production Specialist** with John Deere in Fargo, ND, you will: Perform assembly related operations in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following: + Assemble parts or components to specification. + Perform kitting duties following established processes and quality standards; including performing inventory transactions when required. + Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures. + Utilize manufacturing tools to record data and keep records for quality and maintenance. + Check results for conformance to specifications and make necessary corrections. + Use various types of tools and equipment to perform work - including but not limited to hand and power tools, testing and runoff equipment, ladders, hoists, fixtures, jigs, and gages. + Lubricate, check, and clean work equipment and tooling. + Assist and support other team members. + Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job. _*This position may be for first, second, third, or weekend shift depending on need at the time. During the application process, you will have a chance to indicate which shifts you are willing and able to work._ **Minimum Qualifications:** + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Must have at least one of the following: + High School Diploma or G.E.D. + National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) + At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience + Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and performing of repetitive actions.
