Job Description

Assist in various areas including hatchery, brooding, house management, egg processing, and egg pickup on the farm. Maintain and upkeep company facilities and grounds, including mowing, trimming, pesticide and herbicide application, snow removal, and light maintenance. Operate farm or site machinery, Operating egg sanitizing machines, collection tables, and conveyance systems. Assist with egg receiving, sorting, setting, and candling in the hatchery. Monitor and maintain bird condition, feed, water, light, and ventilation systems. Complete required documentation and perform housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks. Disinfect supplies, equipment, and rooms according to SOP.
