Farm Lead

Full Time - Hourly

7:00 - 3:00 

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.  The base hiring pay range for this role is between $16.13 - $22.58 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.

Job Responsibilities

Daily upkeep of farm equipment, supplies, and propertyWork closely with the Farm manager/Assistant manager to ensure accurate growing conditions in the barns.Fill in doing chores on multiple farms when neededAttend all mandatory meetingsComplete preventative maintenanceWeekend chores are needed.Night checks as needed.Other duties as assigned by supervisor 

 Minimum Qualifications

Self-motivated and stays on taskMust be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divideComplete daily written documentationMust be able to stoop, bend or lift 40 to 50 lbs. frequentlyCannot own or raise any type of fowl (i.e. turkeys, chickens, geese, pheasants, parakeets, etc.)
