Asigura buna functionare a farmaciei pe care o administreaza in acord cu politica comerciala a companiei, respectand Regulile de Buna Practica Farmaceutica, Codul deontologic al farmacistului si procedurile interne.Implementeaza si mentine un sistem de management al calitatii  (politica in domeniul calitati, prevederilor Manualului Calitatii, procedurile de lucru si de sistem aferent compartimentului din care face parte);Reprezinta farmacia in raport cu autoritatile statului si organismele ierarhic superioare;Supravegheaza, coordoneaza si evalueaza activitatea colegilor farmacisti si asistentilor de farmacie;Instruieste personalul farmaciei;Intocmeste si verifica situatiile/documentele financiare si raporteaza orice modificari in activitatea farmaciei;Activitati de management, specifice postului de farmacist sef

Studii superioare in domeniu, finalizate - Facultatea de FarmacieCertificat de membru al Colegiului Farmaciștilor, vizat pe anul in cursCunostinte OFFICE (excel, word)Abilitati excelente de comunicare si o atitudine proactiva;Abilitati interpersonale: diplomatie, confidentialitate, integritate;Capacitate de ascultare activa si consiliere a pacientilor;Initiativa bazata pe solutii practice menite sa dea rezultate;Atentie la detalii si bune abilitati numerice;Capacitatea de organizare si planificare a activitatilor/operatiilor;Dorinta de a se dezvolta intr-un mediu de business tanar, dinamic si implicarea in proiecte interesante, de perspectiva pentru companie.
