Matric Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including opening procedures and staff readiness. Prepare key ingredients like shredded chicken and beef mince for menu items. Assist kitchen staff in food preparation and order fulfillment. Serve customers and operate the till during peak times. Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and oversee deliveries. Ensure hygiene standards by enforcing regular handwashing and cleanliness. Suggest menu improvements, including seasoning enhancements and new item additions. Organize product displays and maintain a well-presented store.
