Track team performance & address their problem for efficient delivery followed by the periodic reviews of TLs & associates on the KPI assigned Gathering consistent feedback from the market for exciting offers & insights on competitors move as feedback for product enhancement To share market insights with Management via Excel reports, presentation etc.
