Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pizza Maker/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas, providing excellent customer service, and handling phone orders. This position offers a starting wage of $10 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $12 per hour.

CAN LIFT 10 TO 20 POUNDS ( PREP GOODS & STOCK GOODS)CAN LIFT 10 TO 20 POUNDS ( REMOVE TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER )Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer specificationsPortion and prepare pizza toppings according to company standardsMonitor pizza quality throughout the cooking processMaintain a clean and organized kitchen areaGreet customers warmly and take their orders accuratelyAnswer phone calls promptly and professionallyProcess customer payments and handle cash transactionsAddress customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly mannerCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsMaintain a high standard of food quality and presentationFollow all health and safety regulations in the workplaceAssist in inventory management and stock rotationUpsell menu items and promote daily specials to customersProvide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and nutritional informationAssist in training new team members on pizza-making techniques and customer service standards
