FBO Operations Manager
**FBO Operations Manager** The FBO Operations Manager oversees daily operations of the FBO, including line services, customer service, fuel farm management, facilities, equipment, and safety standards. The role involves leading staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring excellent service for clients and guests. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage FBO operations, ensuring compliance with regulations. + Lead and develop department staff, ensuring proper training and qualifications. + Coordinate with management, vendors, and customers. + Oversee ground support equipment and ensure proper maintenance. + Support pricing strategies, budget management, and performance goals. + Maintain customer and vendor relationships, negotiating where needed. + Enhance safety and service training programs. + Perform hands-on tasks, including fueling, towing, and aircraft handling. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Proven experience in FBO or aviation management (5+ years preferred). + Strong leadership and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Knowledge of ATA 103, NFPA 407, and fuel farm management. + Ability to handle a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. + Must pass BG checks, drug/alcohol screening, and meet eligibility requirements. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking. + Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. + Ability to travel 15%-25% regionally. **Benefits:** + Competitive benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, and more. **If interested, please call 408 346 9343.** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
