Job DescriptionQuote and do all the GR, JuP2 and PUI process to have preapproval expenses, shopping carts and PO ready for all FCM projects and activities.Elaborate scope of work and participate in the tender process.Tracking of all purchase process with all departments involved.Follow up of all payments related to the PO’s with contractors and suppliers.Maintain all FCM purchases records updated and well organized.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or long lasting experience level
Working Practice: Self-motivated, structured and bring an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a high affinity for cross-departmental cooperation and international business.
Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years of professional experience in indirect purchasing as well as experience in material field and supplier strategy. Proven track record in achieving objectives and stakeholder management.
Languages: Fluent in English.
