In this position...
In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of compliance-related tasks, including leading the development and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance metrics program; managing internal controls and conducting audits (both internal and external); overseeing business continuity planning; updating and maintaining key department documents (Supplier Guide, DRIM); ensuring compliance with contract standards; staying abreast of and disseminating corporate policy changes (CAA); and auditing and updating department procedures and forms. You will also be involved in monitoring IT security compliance and managing related projects.

What you'll do…
Execute and coordinate a portfolio of complex process improvement projects related to our Supply Chain transformation, along with maintaining tactical work.
Process Design and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop, document, and implement process changes to improve operational efficiency. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of new processes and make adjustments as needed. Performance Monitoring: Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular reports to management on process performance and improvement efforts. Control Testing (CT) / Audit: Create and maintain the annual test plan, ensuring new requirements are added as needed. Create and update SPL supporting department questions. Assign questions to area leads, including yourself, and conduct in-depth audits per corporate timing. When required, lead OIC closure with internal control.. Supplier (Web) Guide: Lead the annual Supplier Guide review with the global team, update, and obtain approval. Act as the liaison with production and deploy any process changes to the FCSD team. Meet timing established by the Production PBO. Contracts: Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management system to ensure all contracts (MYAs, bailments, insurance agreements, multi-party agreements, contingent liability agreements, etc.) meet corporate standards and receive necessary approvals. Monitor contract lifecycle management to ensure timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations. Component Assessment: Monitor the corporate IT initiatives for security compliance. As required, work with the application vendors to correct noncompliance – identify gaps, create SOW, review quotes, and follow the project to completion. Complete the annual ACR and other Business Managed Information Technology (BMIT) application requirements. Other compliance items as required.
