FCSD Variable Marketing Coordinator

_Ford Hungary is looking for an_ **_FCSD Variable Marketing Coordinator_** _to join our team in_ **_Szentendre_** _._
_Supporting NSC FCSD Marketing & Sales teams to provide superior and competency-based services on the full scope of the Variable Marketing program management, from the idea until the evaluation. All activities must be in line with the SLA (Service Level Agreement, FoE strategy/growth plan and audit compliant._
**_Detailed task functions and responsibilities:_**
+ **_Program proposals_** _: support NSC Marketing teams to submit high-quality VM programs and enable them to apply for funds. Know VM repository programs and check availability in case of all new market request. Prepare program proposals with background calculations, calculate the profit to cost ratio, with and without program volume scenarios. Understand the local business conditions, dealer network structure and analyse historical data._
+ **_Dealer Objective Setting_** _: analyse historical data and calculate objectives using optional objective setting models. Support the alignment of different objective levels (Dealer-NSC-FoE) by financial calculations. Help market make local program annoucement and collect the final dealer objectives by markets. Use dashboard functionally where it applies._
+ **_VM Forecast_** _: prepare the monthly forecast within deadline applying for European forecast guidelines. Support it with backup calculations and provide it to the respective market. Make sure that internal control compliance is achieved._
+ **_Program Evaluation_** _: perform program evaluation in efficient and accurate manner. Put special attention on collection of market qualifiers when central database is not available._
+ **_Bonus Payment_** _: prepare NSC payment documents based on program evaluation. Submit them to global billing portal for approval if available._
+ **_Dealer reporting_** _: support NSCs with continuous and reliable dealer reporting, maintain and operate sharepoint ticketing systems, excel databases, alteryx wokflows and dealer dashboards._
+ **_Process Improvements_** _: make process improvements recommendations if any process ineffectiveness is experienced. Support the digital transformation for VM program management._
**_Are we looking for you? Yes, if…_**
+ _You have a Business/Finance/Economics University Degree_
+ _Preferably, you have min. 2-year experience in the Aftersales environment_
+ _Preferably, you have experience in the Automotive industry_
+ _You have strong analytical skills_
+ _You're adaptable to new technology_
+ _You have fluent English language skills - both written and spoken_
+ _Spanish language skills are an advantage_
+ _SAP, Alteryx and QlikSense knowledge is an advantage_
