Job Title: FCT - Production Associate

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production room operations, handling everything from machine operation, packaging, cutting produce, quality checks, grading, and lifting. You will ensure that the produce is processed from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The shift for this position is from 1pm to 9:30pm and includes weekends.

ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery and perform packaging, cutting, and grading of produce.Operate machinery at various stations.Fill out production sheets accurately to avoid errors.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.Lift up to 50 lbs, with most lifting around 30 lbs.Maintain a fast-paced workflow to match the speed of the machines.Communicate effectively with managers and team members.Label cases accurately and ensure pallets are properly stacked and wrapped.Essential SkillsExperience in production or general labor roles.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with machines.Attention to detail for visual inspection of product, accurate counting, and proper labeling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The environment can be loud due to machinery, with noise levels around 85 decibels. The culture promotes a fun and lighthearted atmosphere as long as productivity is maintained. The dress code includes smocks, hairnets, beard nets, ear plugs, latex gloves, long sleeve shirts, pants without holes, steel toe boots, and a face mask. No jewelry is allowed on the production floor. Vacation requests are not permitted from November to March.
