Contractor will be assigned to the Acquisition Services Group support manager and generally will be expected to work with the Subcontract Administrators and Buyers within Acquisitions Services to gather appropriate documentation and information required to close expired Fixed Price and Labor Hour Type subcontracts. Responsible for documenting closeout action, performing closeout activities within Oracle EBS, flagging subcontracts for archiving/destruction, and other related duties as assigned. Support closeout audit requests, and update closeout records/spreadsheets as appropriate. Responsible for Subcontract Compliance and will be assigned to the Acquisition Support Group PPC manager. Work with the Subcontract Administrators and Buyers to gather information on compliance requirements, answers questions regarding compliance questions, help support the preparation for the PERT, help support policy/procedure rewrites and work the customer help desk as needed. Answer internal questions on policy/procedures. Preparation for PERT. Help with the PPC mailbox and customer help desk. Gather information for new compliance requirements and documents. Work with the compliance manager to accomplishing tasks needed for this group. Meet weekly to report out the progress of all compliance issues in progress and not started. Able it identify, resolve and to support compliance issues. Government policy/process knowledge M&O knowledge DEAR/FAR Contract Closeout experience
