Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, willing to go out in the field occasionally, and wants to grow within the company. You will assist with submittals, RFIs, and complete daily reports, playing a vital role in our projects.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with submittalsAssist with RFIs (Request for Information)Learn and complete daily reportsCoordinate and manage construction projectsHandle construction documentationManage change ordersEnsure compliance with federal construction regulationsEssential SkillsProject managementConstruction managementKnowledge of change orders and project coordinationFamiliarity with construction documentationExperience in federal constructionUnderstanding of RFIs and submittalsTechnical proficiency in engineering and commercial constructionMinimum 5-10 years of construction management experience, preferably on federal government projectsDegree in Construction Management or Engineering preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsTechnologically proficient, especially with cloud-based systemsExperience in construction programming/softwareField experience in constructionWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.69
