Title: Federal Contract Specialist

Are you experienced with government contracts and looking for a role that supports compliance and operational goals? Our team is hiring for a Contract Specialist responsible for critical data administration, closeout activities, SAP purchase orders, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance and accuracy in support of the MCM Government Business.
Key Responsibilities: Administer the full contract lifecycle, including data entry, closeouts, and compliance tracking in CLM and SAP. Manage compliant record-keeping for subcontract and purchase order (PO) administration. Maintain contract files, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready. Provide accurate information and compliance support to internal and external stakeholders. Support ad hoc data requests and assist with North America travel as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 3 years’ experience with U.S. Government contracting (FAR-based). Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), ideally HHSAR, and FAR Part 52/Part 12 for commercial items. Subcontract administration experience under a Federal Prime Contract is strongly preferred. Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP (preferred) and CLM tools like Agiloft.
