Federal Contracts Coordinator (Remote or Hybrid)

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) Federal Contracts Team is seeking a qualified Contracts Coordinator. The Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for taking the lead customer service role for the Federal Contracts Team. Duties include reviewing and triaging incoming and outgoing email correspondence from/to government agencies, educational institutions, companies, faculty researchers, and administrators, using internal electronic systems to document actions, set up agreements, check compliance and review internal documents. The position also includes monitoring and routing email for the team, as well as typing correspondences.

The candidate will be proficient in using computer software, such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and other internal electronic systems and shared databases. Strong customer service and organizational skills are required, along with professionalism, tact, discretion, and initiative.
