Federal Solutions Architect & Enablement Lead

This Federal Solutions Architect & Enablement Lead role will focus on enabling federal clients to deploy Virtru solutions effectively, leveraging the Trusted Data Format (TDF) to protect sensitive data across domains. You will serve as a technical leader, trainer, and trusted advisor, helping clients integrate our Virtru Data Security Platform to align with their operational and mission-critical objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Enablement and Training

Conduct technical workshops to train federal teams on deploying and managing Virtru solutions in secure, air-gapped environments. Educate clients on the implementation of Zero Trust Data Sharing using ZTDF (Zero Trust Data Format) for cross-domain collaboration.

Microsoft Applications Expertise

Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange for secure email and calendaring solutions in mission-critical environments. Proficiency in managing SharePoint for secure document sharing and collaboration. Experience with Windows Desktop environments and Active Directory to ensure seamless integration and secure access. Ability to guide clients in understanding Microsoft products within constrained and air-gapped environments.

Customer Deployments Focus

Support customer-facing efforts, acting as the primary technical liaison to troubleshoot challenges and ensure seamless implementation. Provide guidance on securing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive data, ensuring compliance with frameworks like NIST 800-171, CMMC, and ITAR.

Solution Design and Architecture

Collaborate with federal agencies to design secure, scalable architectures that align with mission objectives. Integrate Virtru’s data-centric security solutions into hybrid and multi-cloud environments using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS.

Customer Engagement

Build trusted relationships with federal clients, serving as an expert on attribute-based access control (ABAC) and advanced data tagging capabilities . Advocate for secure information-sharing practices to support dynamic coalition and mission-partner interoperability.

Knowledge Transfer

Deliver comprehensive documentation and training to promote client independence and mission continuity.

Technical Expertise

Deployment in Secure Environments

Proficiency in supporting air-gapped systems and integrating data encryption workflows using ZTDF to protect sensitive mission data.

Cloud and Hybrid Solutions

Expertise in hybrid cloud services and secure collaboration platforms, such as DOD365-Sec and mission-critical applications.

Data Security and Zero Trust

Advanced knowledge of data-centric security principles, end-to-end encryption, and granular access controls . Familiarity with secure file-sharing protocols across multiple domains and allied nations .
