Federal Work Study- On-Site Coordinator (PEAK Literacy)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one Great Leaps intervention sessions with students for approximately three hours each day at assigned sites. Serve as the primary liaison between PEAK Literacy and the site staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Coordinate with volunteers at the site, keeping track of schedules, and managing the flow of student sessions. Monitor attendance and progress for all students served at the site, ensuring fidelity to the Great Leaps program. Report daily updates and feedback to the PEAK Literacy office, highlighting any challenges or successes. Represent PEAK Literacy in a professional and positive manner, fostering strong relationships with staff and families at the site. Expected Salary:

$14/ hour

Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred. A passion for literacy and empowering students to succeed.
