Job Description:
Cash office assistance with clerical duties such as preparing documents, answering phone calls, and providing support to team members and finance manager. This position helps the finance specialist with their daily responsibilities and handles cash, checks and credit card payments.
Job Duties:
Provide customer service and resolve inquires over the phone. Accept credit card payments, cash and check payments at the cash office window and over the phone. Assist the finance specialist with creating bank deposit bags. Open and distribute mail to the responsible person within the cash office. Maintain excel log for payments that come through the cash office window and the armored courier service. Complete payment and bank deposit receipts in PeopleSoft. Assist the Finance Manager with other job-related duties as assigned.Equal Employment Opportunity
