Job Description:

The Department of Classics in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is seeking an energetic student to assist with office support. Successful applicants may assist with a variety of administrative functions, including filing and organizing, errands, photocopying and scanning, department social media, and office coverage. Work hours are flexible between the hours of 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Expected Salary:

$13.00

Minimum Requirements: Federal Work Study Award (Please check in with UF Financial Aid to determine eligibility); no exceptions Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week Anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025 or later Preferred Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication skills Ability to pay attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Positive, friendly and professional attitude Reliable, good follow-through  Special Instructions to Applicants:

This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through Federal Work-Study (FWS) and must maintain a 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week
