Minimum Qualifications: 
High School Diploma, UTMB Student at least half time.

Job Summary: 
This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.

Job Duties:

General office duties to include, patient check-in/check-out and scheduling, screen new patients to determine if they meet criteria, schedule/ reschedule appointments. Assist students by training volunteer student admins in onsite clinic tasks as appropriate. Other duties include, utilize new referral process/triage via EPIC and MyUTMB, prepare patient schedule updates for weekly continuity care meetings, track, and update visit counts in EPIC, prepare clinic reports via EPIC. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
