Job Title: FedRAMP SVIC Project Manager

Job Description

This position combines project management, data analysis, stakeholder interaction, and service delivery. As a FedRAMP Project Manager, you will work with internal teams to develop strategies, define requirements, and align with desired customer outcomes. You will present metrics and monitoring data to multiple audiences and stakeholders, manage process and tool capability requirements, and handle client escalations. Additionally, you will document security monitoring plans, ensure deliverables meet budget, scope, time, and quality constraints, and provide constant updates to management and stakeholders on project development and execution.

ResponsibilitiesWork with internal teams to support projects by developing strategy, requirements, and understanding desired customer outcomes.Present metrics and monitoring data to multiple audiences and stakeholders.Define and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business line sponsors, Service Delivery Managers, and other Project Managers.Engage external departments to ensure effective representation of customer operations.Manage process and tool capability requirements and roadmap for new offer implementation.Handle client escalations and document escalation processes.Document security monitoring plans and present to stakeholders.Ensure deliverables meet budget, scope, time, and quality constraints.Provide constant updates to management and stakeholders on project development and execution.Essential Skills5-10 years of project/program management experience.FedRAMP experience.PMP certification.Effective communication with internal customers, partners, and executive management.Ability to work within deadlines of structured or unstructured programs.Commitment to completing high-quality deliverables on or ahead of schedule.Positive team player with drive to collaborate.Strong ability to switch gears and be flexible with day-to-day work requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsBS Degree in a related field.Work Environment

You will be part of a small team consisting of one additional Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager and several Engineers. The team focuses on the services side, and you will work closely with Analysts and other Project Managers. There will be bi-weekly updates through team meet-ups and email. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
