You will aid the full-time lab technician with the receiving, testing, and data entry for all complete feed and ingredient samples that are submitted to the lab. Ensuring quick turnaround times and data accuracy is of the upmost importance as the information generated from the feed lab is used to drive daily decisions. **Essential Functions:** + Conduct a range of tests (particle size, pellet durability, mycotoxin, and NIR) on feed and ingredient samples submitted to the lab + Maintain accurate and error free data entry as the information generated directly influences real time nutrition decisions + Assist full-time lab staff in conducting feed and ingredient analysis, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely data analysis and entry + Maintain a clean and organized lab that meets or exceeds JBS Live Pork’s standards. **Success Factors:** Success Factors for a Feed QA Lab Tech – part time includes a focus on precision, equipment proficiency, protocol adherence, efficient task management, teamwork, problem-solving ability, continuous improvement, meticulous documentation, a competitive mindset, and dedication to operational excellence.
