Job Description:

Ability to accurately record dataAbility be able to operate scales and document incoming ingredients through the ticketing systemAbility to operate equipment to unload feed ingredients and route to appropriate storage siloAbility to operate computerize pelleting and batching systems to batch, pellet, and route finished feed based on run schedulesAbility to obtain and run quality analysis on required incoming ingredientsAbility to lift and use hand tools to assist in unloading of ingredientsAbility to perform minor maintenance duties using hand toolsAbility to operate loading equipment and ensure correct feed type is loaded and sent to the correct farmAbility to organize/flex task and change priorities throughout the dayAbility to take Feed bin inventoryAble to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety proceduresMaintain good housekeeping including service areas

Requirements:

Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocolsAble to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistanceStand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.Complete all other tasks assigned by management.3 Months work history with the same employer.Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 90-day waiting period before you can reapply.Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.
