Position Description:

Adjusts and runs the gluing machine

Essential Functions:

Responsible for operation of folding/gluing equipment Feeds gluer Assists on make-readies Responsible for accurate record keeping, production sheets Responsible for quality of product and efficiency of production Communicates relevant information to facilitate the flow of production Performs preventative maintenance eon equipment Performs make-readies on all straight line and auto-bottom boxes General clean up Follows all company polices and procedures Attends and participates in ongoing training Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

Grade 12 or acceptable experience On-the-job training required and/or related experience

Skills and Physical Requirement:

Mechanical reasoning abilities Must be familiar and able to adhere to Company safety policies and relevant legislation Able to work in a team, adapt and take initiative Autonomous Good communication skills Capable of heavy lifting Strong trouble-shooting skills
