This position has a target wage of $15.60 - $23.40 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sets up delivery schedule based on priority by calculating available tonnage. Weighs all feed returns, pickups and dispatches load accurately. Generates various reports either off computer or a stand form to support feed schedules and shipments. Communicates by telephone or radio to drivers, producers and flock advisors and record information. Assists panel operators as needed in the production of feed. Minimum Education High School or equivalent Experience Requirements 0 -2 years experience. Reading, writing, math and analytical skills required. Must obtain weigh master license through training. Must be able to operate a truck on the feed mill property. Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Exposed to climate controlled office and outside weather conditions, a significant amount of air born dust. Ability to remain stationary for period of up to 2 hours during a normal shift. Must be able to climb truck ladders and swing a 5 lb hammer. When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
