Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our Brightstar team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care across various settings, including critical care and behavioral health. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and infection control practices. Familiarity with behavioral health principles is an asset. Hoyer lifts Straight Cath Spinal Cord injury

RN/LPN Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Must have physical within the year Must be 18 years old or older. Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening. Must have hands on CPR card. Active RN/ LPN Licenses in the state of IL
