FEMA PA TAC Resource Coordinator
**39551BR** **Requisition ID:** 39551BR **Business Unit:** FSU **Job Description:** Provide resource support to the FEMA Programs at CDM Smith with a primary focus on FEMA Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (PA TAC) program. **The position can be based out of any CDM Smith office. We offer in office, hybrid or remote working environments allowing for flexible work options.** Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with the FEMA PA TAC roster to include partnering with recruiting team and the contract Program Management team to prepare for upcoming needs. • Work with JV Partner firm to present a well-qualified team of resources to serve client needs. • As needed, mobilize staff to disaster locations and ensure smooth transition to the field operation. • Understand project economics to ensure optimal staffing decisions are made in coordination with the project manager • Performs basic to moderately complex consulting analyses (e.g., operations improvement, resource needs, organizational systems, etc.) to support client needs. • Ensure data in resource management systems are accurate and up to date. • Identify the best resource for proposals, support the management team in response to proposal requests, and secure commitments from selected resources to support the assignment • Partner with the Security team to provide a smooth experience on the Federal security clearance process for roster staff • Keeps current on client, industry relevant, and other related market data to support business decisions. • Verify and inputs accurate data into applicable analysis tools. • Ensures accuracy of entered data and consults primary sources to clarify any issues or discrepancies, as necessary. Escalates issues as necessary. • Work with Project Managers and staff to determine current and future staff availability as well as alternative staffing approaches to create more availability. • Validates and inputs data into applicable analysis tools and prepares basic to moderately complex sections of management consulting reports • Performs basic administrative activities such as organizing meetings, writing correspondence and organizing contract and project related materials. **Job Title:** FEMA PA TAC Resource Coordinator **Group:** WAF **Employment Type:** Regular **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree. • 3 years of related experience. • Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
