The world of IT consulting is colourful and together\nwe would like to make it even more colourful. Therefore, we would like to\nexpand our existing internship offer and accompany and support young female,\ntrans- or non-binary talents on their way into IT consulting with our Female\nTalent Internship, in order to push technological boundaries and grow beyond\nourselves. 

Have we sparked your interest? Then support us for a\nperiod of two or three months with start 1st of March 2025 as part of our consultant\nteam. You will be actively involved in the development of IT strategies,\nconcepts and solutions, both at the customer's site and at one of our\nlocations, using and expanding the skills you have learned. At the end of your\ninternship, you will take part in our communication training and hone your\nacquired skills once again.

You'll provide support\nfor the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product\nevaluation for different industries and technical environmentsYou work out IT-related\nproject content in close cooperation with your teamYou'll be responsible\nfor the preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations and all project\nrelated analysis and dataTogether with your\npersonal buddy, you will immerse yourself in the world of IT consulting and\nexpand your specialist knowledgeThrough joint events\nyou can share your knowledge with other participants of the programme and\nexpand your network

This is how you make a difference

You are at your studies\nin computer science, business informatics or a related disciplineYou show a strong\ninterest in IT topics and have already gained first practical experience via\ninternships or as working student (SW-development, IT project management, IT\nservices processes)You have analytical and\nconceptual abilities and are a professional in using MS-Office programs (Word,\nPowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)You feel comfortable in\ninterdisciplinary teams and global contextsYou are good at\nunderstanding and communicating complex topics in both, German and English
