Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOverall responsibilities and duties:
o Manage (Facilitate/lead and follow up) the FES 4.0 deployment plan and lead meetings to follow up ensuring that the process owners are taking the leadership on his responsibilities.
o Organize and lead the application of FORVIA ES 4.0. and plant productivity.
The main missions of the role are:
o Perform on a quarterly basis (minimum) the FES 4.0 self-assessment by line/GAP ensuring that we doesn´t have any deviation on the self-assessment score.
o Organize and lead FES 4.0 session game training to develop all people inside the plant.
o Perform a FES 4.0 self-assessment for the new programs.
o Manage (Facilitate/lead and follow up) the plant productivity plan.
o Ensure compliance of budget in number of savings for the year (heads reductions and finance impact)
o Measure the plant productivity potential monthly using PIC volumes.
o Lead the productivity potential analysis meeting and follow up the action plan for the line balancing MOD optimization monthly (POP meetings).
o Lead hoshin applying the correct methodology (3 days).
o Develop people to the productivity mindset using methodology of HOSHIN, waste hunting workshop.
o Organize and pilot workshop one per semester to generate new for WC reduction (Focus on DLP reduction).
o Be aligned with FES 4.0 referential and handbook and manage (facilitate/lead and follow up) the deployment of PS fundamentals.
o Generate workshop for waste reduction to support business necessities.
o Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or similar.
English language (business medium written and oral).
Experience:
o Minimum 2 years experience in continuous improvement and lean areas.
o Minimum 1 year experience in production systems.
