We're looking for a Festival Operations Executive to join our team i n London as part of our Events function.
Your Role: You will ensure the seamless coordination of event logistics, supplier management, and operational execution. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a high-quality festival. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to elevate festival services, handle equipment orders and support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain supplier spreadsheets, track costs, and assist with ordering equipment, including IT, AV, furniture, catering, and signage.Collaborate with existing and new suppliers to enhance services across the festival.Coordinate event logistics between London and Cannes while overseeing storage inventories.Working with the design team on creating assets, signage and other collateralResponsible for booking and briefing on-site temporary staff.Ensure all deadlines are met while fostering strong supplier relationships.Support ad hoc events and projects with the commercial operations and wider teams throughout the year.Your Experience
Willingness to travel for site visits throughout the year and to attend the Festival in Cannes (June).Demonstrate strong planning, prioritisation, and implementation skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop bespoke solutions.Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism.Proactive, patient, and calm, even when managing competing priorities.If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.
